• At Snares of Venus, we use a variety of natural and synthetic fabric for our bras which will vary on the wear, care and tear of each one.  Although most of the fabrics we use can be machine washed, it is recommended that our bras and corsets get hand washed.  (A good way to hand wash without damaging the nails is to let it soak in warm soapy water).
   

• Gone are the days when you only had one bra.  Always have at least 4 - 5 good fitting bras that you can wear on rotation.  It will help to expand the life span of each bra.
   

• Corsets should be hand washed or dry cleaned at all times.  Do not machine wash.
   

• Most of our bras can be tumble dried on a low setting, Corsets must be hung to dry at all times.  The boning can bend in the dryer.
   

• When wearing a corset, always remember to "perch" when you are sitting down.  Slouching can cause boning to bend.
   

• Wash colors separately.
   

• Bones in the bra cups and corsets are well sewn to prevent any breakthrough.  However, these wires do get stressed, and it is possible for boning to break through.  If you notice any boning poking through your bra or corset, please contact us
