General Ordering Information

► Items ordered from Snares of Venus are CUSTOM MADE and will take about 8 - 12 weeks to be made. (Custom Bra Process)

►  (Please understand that because all items are made to order, if there is a problem that arises during the construction of your bra, sometimes to fix it we need to re-cut the pattern and start from the beginning, which, can cause a delay with your order.  We will try our best to keep you updated on the status of your order, but at any time if you have any questions, please contact us.)

►Our Secure Yahoo Store payment gateway is safe and secure for you to shop on-line! 

►To order a custom bra or corset from us, please begin by submitting your measurements. If you are a returning client, we already have your measurements on file.

►Please read our Custom Bra Ordering Process for more detailed information on how to order your item.

►Your measurements should be as accurate as possible so please fill out as much of the form as possible. 

► Your measurement information can by submitted without and order if you would like us to contact you, however for faster service, please complete your order with your measurement form.

► Our goal is to have patterns in our office that we can use to remake you bras over and over again. When you receive an item from Snares of Venus, if it does not fit to your liking, please contact us, we will work with you to correct the problem and make you a great fitting bra!

► We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payments & Deposits

► Snares of Venus processes all orders in US dollars.

► Snares of Venus accepts payment in the form of: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and money orders.

► All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 Fee.

► All new custom orders are subject to a pattern origination fee.  This fee is non-refundable and is charged upon completion of your pattern.

► A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders from returning clients.

► All deposits are non refundable.

Returns/Exchanges & Refunds

► When you receive your item from Snares of Venus, please let us know how it is fitting! If you need any adjustments, corrections ect.. please let us know and we will work with you to correct it.

►Refunds are granted within 14 days from the receipt of your order.  Please do not try on items with perfumes or oily body lotions.  If an item is damaged because of strong smelling perfumes or body oils, unfortunately we cannot resell it and therefore we cannot offer you a refund. All items must also remain intact with tags and labels.

► Items must be returned to us prior before alterations or corrections are made and before refunds are issued.

► When shipping an item back to Snares of Venus, please use a reputable carrier and get a tracking number for the package.  It is your responsibility to make sure items get back to us. 

► All deposits are Non Refundable.

► All pattern origination fees are non- refundable.

► All worn items are Non Refundable.

► Shipping costs are Non-Refundable!

► Refunds take 14 - 30 business days to be processed and credit to your credit card or mailed out with a check.

► If you are charged a transaction fee, interest of loose funds from a foreign currency when converting funds to US dollars to order an item from Snares of Venus, we are NOT responsible for the charges.

► Even though our items usually take 8-12 weeks to be completed, it may take longer depending on your bust size and because of special features you need on the bra or corsets, so please order early if you need it for a major event.
